A PD for teachers to learn the elements of nature based wellbeing both for themselves and their students
Duration: 90 minutes
Cost: $330 for schools (GST incl).
Notes on cost:
- For schools a minimum of two sessions is required for booking the NP4K team.
- This PD is FREE with multiple day bookings.

Learning outcomes:
- Identify the health benefits of ‘Forest Bathing’ to human health systems
- Develop nature based activities based on loose parts theory to boost creativity
- Develop self-directed play skills
- Utilise technology in conjunction with nature
- Learn nature based mindful activities for wellbeing
- Develop a list of written an online resources of nature based educational aids.
